Shri Tiwari joined the Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education (LNIPE), Gwalior on 27th September 2006 as Assistant Registrar. He holds an M. Phil. (International Politics) degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and MA (Political Science). While working at LNIPE for last five years, he has gained experience in academic and financial administration. He also worked in the Central University of Bihar, Patna during 2010-11 as Assistant Registrar. He has also served in the Indian Air Force for around nine years. He has written a number of articles in reputed journals. He has also participated in few training programmes on University administration.
